Our dual blend powders have been specially chosen due to the synergies between each of our 5x mushroom pairs. It is said that blending (or stacking ) mushrooms can be more beneficial than taking an individual powder as one can amplify the use of another allowing you to support multiple areas of your health at the same time.

Reishi contains beneficial compounds such as: Beta Glucan polysaccharides and Sterols.  Also found abundantly in Reishi are a group of triterpenoids called ganoderic acids that make this mushroom one of the most potent adaptogens that help the body adapt to stress.

Turkey Tail mushrooms contain many beneficial compounds and nutrients such as: Beta Glucan polysaccharides, selenium, vitamin B3 and vitamin D, Triterpenes, Polyphenols and Sterols. These beneficial compounds have been linked to boosting your immune system, gut health and digestion.

Gaining access to these beneficial compounds through the mushroom's tough walls a dual extraction process is required which consists of hot water extraction and pharmaceutical grade alcohol extraction.

Add 1/4-1/2 a teaspoon into any hot or cold drink such as tea, coffee, smoothie, cordial, hot chocolate etc. Or you can sprinkle over your morning cereal, mix into yogurt or sprinkle over your meal. It's all about getting it in you which ever way is best!
