Delivery took too long. Delivery driver send me a message saying failed delivery while he even never came to my place in the first place.I was home throughout (daily 24/7) and I checked the intercom record and there was no one that buzzed my apartment.I complained to Auspost, asked them to deliver and bever did.They contacted the driver and he denied that he did not attempt to deliver the parcel.Hope other customers out there are experiencing this sort of behaviour and putting up complaints. Very frustrating.
